We are so excited!! We signed the agreement to purchase a couple days ago, and cannot wait to close on July 10!! In less than a month we will be official homeowners!!
More pics to come when we can get back into the house this week!!
We are so excited to have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with lots of room to grow and entertain guests, so come visit!!!

Congratulations, that is really exciting. Wish someone like you would come along and snap up our house. We have had one showing and nothing else. We're thinking we might ride it out until mid-July and then drop the price just so we can get it sold and get out while we can. here's hoping!
