Addicted to "The Office"

I have been at my job for 3 months now, and the more I am here, the more efficient I am becoming at my work, which is good! But it also means I have more downtime throughout the day which I try to come up with things to do to entertain myself. On Monday I decided I would start watching "The Office" online from the first episode to where it's at today. I only started following the show this last season, so I felt a little behind as to what it was about the other 3 seasons. Right now I am starting season 3, and I am so hooked! I just love this show!! It's hilarious, (which I already knew) but now getting to see it from the beginning makes me appreciate it more. If you don't currently follow this show, you totally should, it's a kick in the pants! Plus it makes my day go faster when it's slow here, and for that I love it even more!

Hot, Hot, Hot!!

Summer is officially here in Central Oregon and we are burning up. It was 100 yesterday and 98 today, and totally beautiful! We love it!

But we also haven't been in heat this hot since we lived in FL, and we could survive it because we had Air Conditioning to come home to. We don't have a/c here, and we are feeling it! I've got everything closed up and dark during the day but even just now, my thermostat says it 87 in the house... ah! We set up the sprinkler in the back yard a little while ago and ran through it like we were 10 trying to stay cool. I forgot how much fun the sprinkler can be!

I think we'll be sleeping outside tonight- it's so dang hot in here we can't get comfortable! I try not to complain too much because in just a few short months it will be cold again, but for now, it's hot and I think I am enjoying it.. sort of :)

I am a slacker

So. I haven't posted much lately. Here's why:

A) family in town
B) Breaking Dawn came out August 2nd
C) So You Think You Can Dance finale is this week (another great dance clip below)
D) The crazy madness called moving, unpacking, painting and all of the above has caught up with me, and I am being lazy. And it feels really, really good.
